Living Tribute

Nurses Honoring Nurses

We are able to provide Living Tributes for nurses who may be at end of life but would like to participate in their service. We give a logo blanket to cover the nurse with our love, a live red rose and a certificate of appreciation.  We are able to also honor these nurses with a Nightingale Service at end of life.

Request

If you know of a nurse who you would like to have a Living Tribute for, please click the LIVING TRIBUTE button below and fill out the information.  We will contact you within 48 hours.
